Rosarita ring, size 8

Rosarita is a byproduct of old gold refining methods done back in the 1960s and 70s (from what I’ve read). Newer techniques are more efficient so this pretty rosarita is no longer produced. While many of the rosaritas out there are deep red in color, this one is a pretty pinkish color with some orange details. Unique and very beautiful.

This rosarita has been set in sterling with a bead outline and a double split shank. It has been oxidized to bring out the beautiful detail in the beads, making the rosarita really stand out. It’s been polished to a shiny finish.
